The HoReCa industry faces a big challenge, as the personnel crisis is now more pronounced than ever, even more in the summer time when demand is higher.
Young adults refuse to work due to what seems unattractive jobs for them, and people at second age might feel they are not welcome anymore.
In order to change this mindset and increase the hiring rate, we showed them that City Grill Group is the place where everyone has a place, young or old, crazy creative or more conservative.
The creative concept talks about family from two perspectives - City Grill Group, a family of restaurants where you feel like in a family, showing that City Grill Group is more than just a place to work.
The campaign was supported through various channels and materials like: OOH billboards, dedicated banners and videos on recruiting platforms, content on social media platforms.
