In Romania, the cheese specialties occupy just  a small segment within the cheese category, due to the low awareness and the consumer education (when it comes to their daily life’s use of cheese). But in the same time, this niche segment is growing each year – Romanians going abroad for vacation or work get in touch with local gastronomy and somehow adopt it.

Based on the up-mentioned fact, we have identified a consumer need for learning more about this category, from accurate sources that offer rich and interesting content.

This is how our “Maître Fromagier” was born – a character who knows everything about cheese specialties: their history, their differentiators. And he’s ready to share his know-how to the entire world, via Facebook page, online platform and his guests – bloggers from food, travel and lifestyle spheres.
